As the New York City region digs out on Tuesday from a two-day blizzard, some aspects of life are expected to return more or less to normal. Others are decidedly not. Here is a quick rundown as of Monday night.

A ban on nonessential driving on city streets was lifted at noon on Monday. The city's snow plow tracker shows how recently each street was cleared. But most trains and buses are likely to be running with limited service or with delays, and some will remain suspended.
